Great Account managers know what their clients need before they even know themselves and consistency is the key to that level of service.
At BTC Group we have a less than 3% annual staff turnover so our clients know that they will almost certainly be dealing with the same teams year in and year out. Each Account Team is totally flexible and can be expanded or contracted as work ebbs and flows.
No two clients are exactly the same therefore at BTC Group we work very hard to ensure that each Account Team is ideally matched to fit seamlessly with our clients requirements. We offer a full national and international service and clients are encouraged to make regular visits to our production facility to see their work in progress or the very latest promotional products on the market. Our Account Managers are continually seeking ways to reduce client costs, manage all enquiries and requests quickly and efficiently whilst at the same time maintaining a friendly and totally professional approach to their tasks.
