<< Back to News There was a queue of clients eagerly waiting for the doors to open at 10.00am so the 60+ manufacturers who had supported this superb event were soon into the swing of things with the volume of chat rising perceptibly hour by hour. Every visitor was greeted with a goody bag to fill and having booked their Seminar places and Stadium tours they set off on their quest to find the latest and best gadgets on show. The Clothing Zone was a new concept and worked extremely well. Many customers came along to specifically look for branded garments, having all the promotional clothing together in one zone saved our guests lots of time and meant that they saw every manufacturer at the show. Almost all exhibitors kindly created a fantastic range of branded BTC Group LIVE samples for our visitors which meant that they were soon groaning under the weight of heavy bags. Not that anyone complained, as Chris from Tescos said “Thanks for inviting me to your show at Wembley, it really opened my eyes... I will be feeding back some ideas to my team and hopefully build them into our plans for next year...” By noon more than 200 visitors had registered and the Bobby Moore Room was buzzing with chat and excitement. Andrew Langley, from our leather manufacturer, said “ We usually have just one person at these events however having been to this event previously we decided to that two people were needed, within an hour of opening I wished we’d bought 3 or 4! It really was an amazing day” The last Stadium tour left at 4pm and by then things were quietening down, many exhibitors looked exhausted and were looking longingly at the clock for the 5pm finish. However visitors were still in attendance, Sion from one of our gadget manufacturers said. “ I was amazed when at 4.45 a visitor who had come all the way from Switzerland asked me for quotations on half a dozen different items, she was delighted to see so many new and innovative ideas. The number and more importantly the quality of visitors at this event was second to none” Corporate Programmes Again, this year we displayed over 20 of our Merchandise Schemes on the Mezzanine, from clients such as Microsoft, Nationwide, BBC and Monster Energy Drinks. These show what can be achieved to build awareness for your Brand, with full compliance of logo guidelines. Having viewed these displays, we had over 10 visitors discussing BTC Group producing a Corporate Programme for their Brand, to include a Webshop for an e-commerce solution, all designed in-house by our Senior Designer & Web expert, Faye Deaves. Print & Embroidery Demonstrations Many of you experienced the print and embroidery demonstrations at BTC Group LIVE. Amazingly, at the same time we had a team back at the factory near Heathrow Airport installing our new 14 colour printer... the first and only in the UK. With its 16 station configuration, it gives BTC Group the ability to achieve even more highly complex artwork designs, whilst at the same time improving efficiency with faster production times. Coupled with our existing 8 colour automatic and 6 colour manual carousels, BTC Group has the largest print capacity of any merchandise distributor.
