Promotional Folders- A sure way to make Promotional Merchandise work for you

Promotional Folders are use din lots of different places. For too long people have classified all folders as  promotional conference folders whereas there are lots of different uses for these great promotional gifts.

Take for example the king of promotional folders the Leather Conference Folder. As soon as a delegate arrives at a conference he can tell whether he is valued as a delegate by what promotional gifts he receives on day one. Having collected his printed pen and maybe some promotional bottled water he then goes to the table holding the course notes and information. If this paperwork is held inside a leather conference folder then he know for sure that it’s first class all the way. If on the other hand his promotional folder is made from plastic or PU then the alarm bells start to ring.

However that said there is now a fantastic range of PU conference folders or printed conference folders if you will. They are every good as promotional gifts because they do get used and are kept long after the event. A few years ago one could only find A4 Printed conference folders or maybe an A5 leather conference folder and these had very little of interest about them. However now you can find a very wide range of accessories that are designed to fit inside your printed conference folders. In addition to promotional pens there are printed calculators, printed rulers and lots of other printed card items that can be used for reference.

Plastic conference folders still have a place in the promotional folders market as they are reasonably inexpensive. One advantage they have over leather or non leather conference folders is that they can be printed in full colour. Recent advances in plastic printing has meant that almost anything is now possible and that includes 3D and even gold or silver foiling. Some of these more technical processes cannot be carried out by the regular plastic folder manufacturers in the UK and need to be made off shore.

As well as standard printed conference folders we must include ring binders as these are still very useful.  Standard A4 ring binders would be the best sellers in this range but the A5 versions would not be far behind.
